• Contractor account information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, trade type, and password when you create an account.
• Homeowner lead information: Name, phone number, address, issue description, and any photos submitted through the chat widget. This information is collected on behalf of the contractor whose widget the homeowner is using.
• Usage data: Basic information about how you use the platform including login times and feature usage.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the FoundationDesk platform
• To deliver lead information to the appropriate contractor
• To send text messages to homeowners on behalf of contractors
• To contact you about your account or our services
• To comply with legal obligations

SMS and Text Messaging

Homeowners who interact with the FoundationDesk widget may receive SMS messages as part of the lead qualification process. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only as necessary to operate our services — including cloud infrastructure providers and SMS delivery services. All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain contractor account information for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
